Food & Pharmaceutical safety is about the well-being of people, and it is a common issue of the world that draws experts pointed out, as peoples awareness on food & pharmaceutical safety improves in China, there is a huge market potential for technologies and equipment of food & pharmaceutical safety testing and assurance.
2009 Food & Pharmaceutical Safety Expo will wide the international communication and collaboration on technologies of food & pharmaceutical safety testing and assurance, and build up a platform for interaction and progress of science and technologies of food & pharmaceutical industry in China.
Additives have wide application according to different functions. The safety of food and drug largely depends on the safety of additives. International Food and Drug Administration require efforts to make investigation against and punishment on misuse of food additives.
